Awesome dish to look smart and healthy:
Today is a great day to be in the kitchen cooking for me — because I’ve been getting ready, planning what will make my skin and mind feel good, and even thinking about what I can make with a fresh batch of fresh ingredients. And today, I want you to tell me about your recipe!
Oh, it looks amazing — it’s the kind of beautiful that makes you scream! It’s so lovely — just the right amount of spice and heat and sweetness too. Oh, this is such an angelic thing to cook for me — you are such an angel — so much better than anything else in the world.
Amazing dish:
You are going to get something so fresh and wonderful and yum for sure! This dish is truly worth every dollar I spend on it. Now here, let me show you how you can make one of these. Don’t be afraid though — it works. So, let’s go!
First, get enough time for everything. Go at your own pace. For this recipe, put all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Get out some parchment paper. Grab the lemon juice. Just get an ounce or two. Put the juice into a big glass. Then, add any other liquid that you think would work well — like olive oil. Add the lemon juice and enough water. Mix everything up but don’t overdo it, just be gentle. That’s really all there is. Now make as little change as possible. Have whatever milk you’re using. If you’re not using milk, use olive oil. The fat content will depend on what kind of fat in the product that you’ve used. Also if there’s cream, then mix the whites. We want the cream in our dishes here (even though we may not need, but the texture of cream is still nice). Add enough flour. Once again, have as much or as little as you like. Just don’t overdo it. Keep the taste of this dish to a minimum for now, but we’ll see how you like this very soon. I’m trying to make myself quite specific, but you have more will of your own style and preference here. Now let’s get to work. Start heating. When your saucepan sits at 400-degrees, it’s done. Let it sit for 15 minutes. It will thicken a bit. After you’re finished stirring it up, take it off the heat. Now it doesn’t matter to me. Put that pan on heat or heat it in a shallow pan over medium flame. Add your vegetables. I’ll start with onions. They will burn, but they won’t go to the point of becoming mushy. Try adding them in small quantities and add some salt if they seem too salty. If you’re making them from scratch, you can skip salt. I’ll do mine from a jar. In another small glass, put extra hot water. Remember to mix thoroughly. Pour everything and stir in the tomato sauce of course. Be careful because you can overdo it, but it just needs to be stirred up a bit. Assemble everything carefully to avoid breakage. Lastly, cover a plate, like an old-fashioned crackpot set-up, if you like. Let’s also set the timer for about 20 minutes, so you’re fully prepared. You could also check out all the sides of your pantry to see what you’ve used up. At the end of it all, add your cumin. And then enjoy your dish.

• Protect yourself from UVA and UVB radiation by applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen. A minimum of once every two hours, reapply sunscreen. Make sure your sunscreen has an SPF rating of at least 30.
• Try to stay out of the sun between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. The sun's UV rays are at their greatest throughout that four-hour interval. Even 15 minutes of exposure to the sun can cause sunburns. Regarding UV-protective clothes and washing additives, check online or speak with your neighborhood merchant.

One of the main reasons of early aging of the skin is smoking. That's because regular exposure to cigarette smoke narrows blood vessels in the outer layers of your skin, reducing the amount of blood, oxygen, and nutrients reaching your skin. Smoking also makes your skin less elastic by lowering your body's levels of collagen and elastin, and squinting your eyes or pursing your lips while smoking can hasten the appearance of wrinkles over time. Daily smoke exposure and cigarette smoking-related facial expressions can make skin look leathery and wrinkled over time. The best strategy to protect your skin from the damaging effects of cigarette smoke is to stop smoking or to never start. • Frequently replace your razor blades to ensure that you are using a clean, sharp razor at all times. Many soaps' components have the ability to swiftly clog razors and dull their blades.
• Shave against the grain rather than the direction that hair develops.
• After shaving, pat your skin dry to prevent excessive dampness.

• Retinol is a vitamin A derivative that aids in the elimination of non-radicals and delays the accelerated aging of skin cells.

• Germs that may have persisted through the washing machine can be killed by drying your garments in the dryer or by hanging them up to dry in the sun. You face the risk of still having microscopic parasites on your person after washing your garments if you wash them in dirty water. To stop the transmission of viruses and parasites, use heat or direct sunlight instead of just letting your garments air dry inside.

It's possible that your body isn't getting the nutrients it needs if you habitually consume an improper diet, which can lead to deficiencies like anemia or body weight problems like obesity.
